5 Capri Road, Toronto

5 Capri Road is home to the existing 24-storey Capri Towers building, which includes a surface parking lot, and a significant amount of fenced-off vacant space. The proposal for the underutilized land to the south of the existing building, is for three new residential towers, improved amenities for the existing building on site, a new public road (extension of existing Capri Road), a refreshed outdoor pedestrian experience, and a new public park for all to enjoy.
